Based on fact of SkyTaxi’s Sp. Z o.o. cooperation with its entities and contractors located outside of EEA, your personal data may be forwarded to countries not belonging to EEA (only in order to operate flight on their territory).
To ensure that required protection level is met during forwarding personal data to countries, which according to European Commission has not fulfilled required protection level, SkyTaxi Sp. Z o.o. practises standard agreed clauses affect data protection accepted by Europen Commission, which are described in art. 46 section 2 word c) GDPR. 5) To transfer your personal data (art. 20 GDPR) through demand of preparation and forwarding by SkyTaxi Sp. Z o.o. personal data provided by you to you or to other structured administrator in common used format which allows to perform machine read-out; only data obtained based on approval can be transferred.

6) To raise objection about processing your personal data based on art. 6 section 1 word e) or f) GDPR, on grounds of your particular situation
