1 General Information

a) This Privacy Policy at SkyTaxi Sp. z o.o. (hereinafter referred to as the “Privacy Policy”) applies to the personal data of users who use the website www.skytaxi.aero (hereinafter referred to as the “Administrator’s Website”) and other categories of individuals specified in this Privacy Policy.

b) The controller of your personal data is SkyTaxi Sp. z o.o. ,with its registered office at ul. Namysłowska 112, 46-081 Dobrzeń Wielki, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs maintained by the District Court for City of Opole, 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000205506.

c) Personal data of users is processed by SkyTaxi Sp. z o.o. for the following purposes:

  • recruitment,
  • direct marketing purposes, which may include:
    • sending commercial information about the company’s services, offers or events,
    • presenting personalized offers based on previous interactions (with consent).
  • acquiring contractors,
  • performance of contracts.

2 Exercise of Data Subject Rights

a) Every person (hereinafter referred to as the “Applicant”) has the right to submit a request to the Controller for:

  • confirmation whether the Controller processes their personal data, and access to such personal data,
  • rectification of personal data,
  • erasure or restriction of personal data processing,
  • data portability, including the right to receive such data and transfer it to another controller or to request, where technically feasible, that the data be transferred directly to another controller (to the extent that the data is processed in an automated manner and for the purpose of contract execution or based on consent),
  • objection to the processing of personal data (to the extent that the data is processed under the legitimate interest of the company).

b) The above requests will be processed by the Controller in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation – hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”). This means that, in certain cases specified in the GDPR, the above rights may not apply to the data subject.

c) Requests should be submitted using the communication channels indicated in § 1 point d.

3 Other Provisions

a) In the event that the Controller sends a response to an inquiry electronically, the person who submitted the inquiry has the right to withdraw their consent. This also applies to any other consent obtained by SkyTaxi Sp. z o.o. through the Administrator’s Website. Consent may be withdrawn using the communication channels indicated in § 1 point d.

b) SkyTaxi Sp. z o.o. declares that it will make every effort to ensure a high level of security for users when using the Administrator’s Website. Any incidents affecting the security of information transmission should be reported to: +48 71 349 04 43

c) The Controller reserves the right to disclose selected information about the user to competent authorities or third parties that request such information, based on an appropriate legal basis and in accordance with applicable law.

Except in cases specified in § 3 point c above, information about the user will not be disclosed to any third party or authority without the consent of the data subject.
