PRIVACY POLICY

 

In accordance with Article 13(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter “GDPR”), we hereby inform you that:

 

Data Controller

 

The controller of personal data, i.e., the entity deciding on the purposes and means of their processing, is SkyTaxi sp. z o.o., with its registered office at ul. Namysłowska 112, 46-081 Dobrzeń Wielki, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs maintained by the District Court for the City of Opole, 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000205506. Data collection and purpose of processing

 

  1. The personal data obtained during telephone conversations, e-mail correspondence, or meetings will be processed for the following purposes:
  2. a) ongoing contact arising from a concluded agreement or actions taken to conclude and perform an agreement with a client or contractor, within the scope of the controller’s business activities – pursuant to Article 6(1)(b), (c), and (f) GDPR,
  3. b) conducting marketing activities for the purpose of presenting the company’s service offerings and pursuing the legitimate interest of conducting conventional direct marketing and other forms of marketing or advertising – pursuant to Article 6(1)(a)/(f) GDPR,
  4. c) responding to submitted inquiries and conducting correspondence – pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

 

  1. The controller processes data lawfully, collects them for specified and legitimate purposes, and does not subject them to further processing incompatible with those purposes. Data are collected only to the extent adequate, necessary, and essential for the purposes for which they are processed.

 

Data recipents

  1. As part of our business activities, your personal data may be disclosed to the following categories of recipients:
  2. a) individual entrepreneurs or entities providing services to the Controller,
  3. b) entities authorized to receive such data under mandatory provisions of law.

 

Disclosure of data to SkyTaxi sp. z o.o.

  1. Providing your personal data to the Data Controller is necessary to establish cooperation and perform the concluded agreement, as well as to fulfil legal obligations. This applies to situations in which you use the services we offer.
  2. In all other cases (in particular for the processing of data for marketing purposes), providing data is voluntary.

Personal data protection

SkyTaxi Sp. z o.o. makes every effort to protect the personal data of clients and users from unauthorized access by third parties and, for this purpose, applies organizational and technical security measures appropriate to the level of risk associated with personal data processing, in accordance with Article 32 of the GDPR. All our employees are obliged to comply with our policies and procedures related to confidentiality, security, and privacy.

 

Personal data retention period

  1. The Controller stores personal data for the period necessary to achieve the purposes of processing, to perform the agreement, and — for data required to fulfil a legal obligation imposed on the Controller — no longer than for the period specified in the applicable legal regulations and no longer than is necessary for purposes arising from the legitimate interests pursued by the Controller. For example:
  2. a) personal data processed for the purpose of defending against claims and pursuing claims, in accordance with the legitimate interest, will be stored until the limitation period for potential contractual claims, as provided for by law;
  3. b) accounting documents will be retained for the period required by law concerning archiving, in particular accounting documentation, which is generally stored for 5 years from the end of the year in which the event occurred that required the creation of the given document;
  4. c) data processed in connection with the Controller’s legitimate interest will be processed until such legitimate interests are fulfilled, unless overriding interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject prevail — in such case, processing will continue until an objection is lodged;
  5. d) other personal data will be processed until an objection to their processing is submitted.

 

Your rights in relation to the processing of personal data by SkyTaxi Sp. z o.o.

  1. In connection with the processing of your personal data, you have the right to:

 

  1. a) access the content of the processed data (Article 15 GDPR),
  2. b) rectify the processed data (Article 16 GDPR),
  3. c) erase the processed data (Article 17 GDPR),
  4. d) restrict the processing of data (Article 18 GDPR),
  5. e) data portability (Article 20 GDPR),
  6. f) object to the processing of data (Article 21 GDPR),
  7. g) and lodge a complaint regarding the processing of personal data by the Controller with the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO) (Article 77 GDPR).

 

Personal data transfer to third countries

The Data Controller may transfer the personal data of the Customer to a third country or to an international organization.

Automated processing of personal data

Personal data will not be used for automated decision-making, including profiling, in a way that could produce any legal effects or significantly affect clients, suppliers, their employees, or collaborators.

 

Cookies Policy

  1. Two types of cookies are used on the Service: “session” cookies and “persistent” cookies.
  2. a) “Session” cookies are temporary files stored on the User’s device until logging out, leaving the website, or closing the software (web browser).
  3. b) “Persistent” cookies are stored on the User’s device for the period specified in the cookie parameters or until they are deleted by the User.

 

  1. The following types of cookies are used on the Service:
  2. a) “Necessary” cookies – enable the use of services available within the Service, e.g., used for user authentication;
  3. b) “Performance” cookies – allow the collection of information on how the Service is used;
